Hello Madam President Chia Meng Yee, CC, ALB ,

With all due respect to you and the esteemed gentlemen concerned, I am honestly at my wits end to fathom what's this 'Controversial' Meeting, which is about to unfold come 12th April is all about ? As it is, despite all your assurances that I am quite ready to take on Table Topics, you can get the hint that I still lack the courage, confidence and conviction to 'take the Bull by the Horns' so to speak. I get all freaked up when I get a whiff of the type of topics bandied about, like the ones that came up for the challenge last evening. Now after having read the two comments by Alex and Ismail Omar relating to this up-coming Meeting after what transpired at the Table Topics - crisis session, where one goes - quote ' I am getting a deja vu feeling...'  and the other - quote 'despicable',  I am really going bonkers.
As a newcomer, I am  wondering whether there is some sort of real crisis brewing up in IEMTM or it's plain jesting by you, just to create some added excitement in line with the Meeting's theme - 'Controversies';  and when you chose to include the word 'ignominious' in your text, I am even more fuddled.  Please drag this poor soul back to the real world, if you will, by clearing up my present jittery state of mind by enlightening me a bit more on this matter. Thank you.

Regards,

Anthony - TM.

Dear fellow members of IEMTM and friends
After having survived crisis after crisis, as created by our Crisis Master, oops, Table Topics Master, ACS, ALS Ismail Omar, at our "Crisis" themed meeting yesterday, I believe we have emerged stronger, more resilient and thus ready to handle any controversies that we may be embroiled in at our next meeting on the 12.4.2012. Yes, ladies and gentlemen, brave yourselves, prepare and sign up (for speech and roles) for the "Controversies" themed meeting, otherwise we risk becoming ignominious (Word Of The Day).
Your President
Meng Yee :)
